At 1000 Hz the mouse reports its position once per millisecond. At 8000 Hz it does it every 0.125 ms. That doesn't make you aim better on its own, but it removes the stair-stepping you see in fast swipes and cuts the variance in the delay between moving and the game processing it. A lower latency floor and, more importantly, a steadier one.
The Superlight 2 hits 60 g without perforating the shell. That matters twice over: the chassis is stiffer, and it doesn't collect grime. For a palm-grip player it's one of the few ultralights that doesn't force you to change grip.
They pair the mechanical feel of the click with an optical signal. You keep the physical feedback, but the signal doesn't depend on a metal contact that bounces, so there's less debounce to pad and no double-clicking as the switch ages.

For high-CPS PvP the LIGHTFORCE hybrids give a firm click with a fast reset, but if your technique is butterfly or drag clicking, many players prefer pure mechanical switches for the feel and how they respond to dragging. It's more than capable, just not the specialist choice.

When paired with a glass mouse pad, the glide is insanely smooth and tracking feels incredibly clean and precise. Because I have larger hands, I added grip tape and highly recommend it for anyone in the same boat. Without grip tape I had to grip the mouse tighter than I liked, but with it, control and comfort improved immediately.
