What really separates these two
Latency: both use dedicated 2.4 GHz
HyperSpeed on the Razer and LIGHTSPEED on the Logitech are proprietary 2.4 GHz links, not Bluetooth: delay is imperceptible on both and either is fine for competing. If someone tells you one has lower latency than the other, they're talking about differences you will not perceive. The real decision is sound, microphone and connectivity.
Drivers and tuning: treble against distortion
The BlackShark splits its titanium TriForce driver into three zones so bass, mids and treble are tuned separately, and ships FPS profiles selectable from the headset: a tuning built to make footsteps stand out. The Logitech uses 50 mm graphene drivers, stiffer and with less distortion at volume, giving a more neutral sound plus DTS Headphone:X 2.0 for positioning. Razer is the specialist; Logitech is the more complete package.
Connectivity and battery
The Razer gives 70 hours and adds Bluetooth 5.2, but the Amazon listing for this reference states it has no 3.5 mm jack. The Logitech offers 50 hours and all three routes: 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth and a 3.5 mm jack, plus 30 metres of range against the Razer's 10. If you need to plug into a console or a laptop with no dongle, that difference settles it.
For PC and tactical shooters on a tighter budget, the BlackShark V2 Pro gives the best positional audio and microphone for its price. If you want a single headset for PC, console and phone, with two types of earpads and more range, the PRO X 2 Lightspeed justifies itself, expensive as it is.
